How it works

Three parts. You own all three.

Most email services keep your list on their computers and send for you. EMLCNTR flips that: the software runs on your website and the mail goes out through a sending account in your name.

1 · Your websiteThe EMLCNTR pluginYour contacts, lists, sign-up forms, campaigns and reports. It all lives in your own WordPress database.
→
2 · Your sending accountAmazon’s email serviceThe same network big companies send through. You open the account and Amazon bills you directly, about ten cents per thousand emails.
→
3 · The inboxMail from your domainEach email arrives from your own address, signed and verified, so inbox providers trust it.
We never hold your list.Your contacts stay in your website’s database. Export them any time.
We never send your mail.Mail goes from your website straight to your own sending account.
Your web server doesn’t send it either.Big sends never go through your web host, so your site stays fast and off spam lists.
What you get

Everything to grow a list and send to it.

One plugin. Install it, connect your domain once, and run your email from the same dashboard as your site.

👥

Contacts and lists

Search, sort into lists and see each person’s history. Someone who unsubscribed, bounced or reported spam is never added back by a form or an import.

📝

Sign-up forms

Connect the forms you already use, with an optional “email me” checkbox, or drop a sign-up box on any page. Lists can ask new people to confirm by email.

✉️

Campaigns

Write in the WordPress editor you already know. “Hi Alice” fills itself in. Send a test to yourself, schedule it, send it, or pause it halfway.

🎨

Your brand on every email

Your logo, brand color and mailing address go on every email, with a clean layout that reads well on phones.

📊

Reports

Sent, opened, clicked, unsubscribed and bounced for every campaign, plus which links people clicked.

📥

Bring your list

Import a spreadsheet exported from your old email service, including who already unsubscribed. Big files load in pieces so they never time out.

🧹

A list that stays clean

Dead addresses and spam reports come off your list on their own. That protects your sending reputation.

🐢

Slow start for new senders

A daily limit lets a new domain warm up over a few weeks, the way inbox providers expect.

🧭

Setup that walks you through

One button sets your domain up with your sending account. Each setting shows up in its own box with a Copy button, and a checklist shows what’s left.

Coming soon

On-brand emails without a designer.

Pick your brand colors, add your logo and a few photos, and the template builder makes a set of email layouts that look like you: a newsletter, an announcement, an event invite and a sale. Edit any of them and save them for next time.

  • Your colors, your fonts, your logo
  • Layouts that read well on phones and in dark mode
  • Works with any EMLCNTR site under your key

What sending costs

Pay for what you send. Not for the size of your list.

Most email services charge more every time your list grows. With EMLCNTR, the sending bill comes straight from Amazon and only counts the emails you actually send.

≈ $0.10

per 1,000 emails, billed by Amazon to your own account.

≈ $2.80

to send one newsletter to 28,000 people.

$0

extra for a bigger list. Contacts don’t cost anything to keep.

Amazon sets its own prices and can change them. Brand-new Amazon accounts start in a test mode and ask a few questions before you can send to everyone. Our setup guide walks you through it.

One key, many sites

Run email on every site you own, or every client you serve.

EMLCNTR is unlocked with a license key. You paste it into the plugin once. A key can cover one site, a handful of sites, or every site you manage. Each site keeps its own list and its own sending.

🏠

One site

One business with one website and one list. One key, one site.

🏢

Several brands

Own a few businesses? One key covers all of them. Each brand mails from its own domain with its own logo.

🤝

Agencies

Run email for your clients. Each client gets EMLCNTR on their site and their own sending account, so one client’s list never affects another’s.

🔑 No key yet? You can still set everything up, import your list, write campaigns and send tests to yourself. Real sends unlock when the key goes in.
Built for the inbox rules

The rules inbox providers enforce are built in.

Gmail, Yahoo and the anti-spam laws expect bulk senders to do certain things. EMLCNTR does them for you, every send.

Your mailing address in every emailThe law requires it, so EMLCNTR adds it to the footer for you.

✓

Questions

Do I need my own website?

Yes. EMLCNTR is a plugin for WordPress, so it runs on your own WordPress site. If you don’t have one, we can help.

Why do I need an Amazon account?

That’s what keeps sending cheap and keeps your mail yours. Amazon’s email service is the network behind a lot of the email you already get. You open the account, Amazon bills you directly, and nobody else’s mail can hurt your reputation.

Is it hard to set up?

It takes about an hour, most of it waiting for Amazon. You copy a few settings from EMLCNTR into your domain, and EMLCNTR checks them for you. The setup guide covers every click, or we can do it with you.

Can I bring my list from another email service?

Yes. Export a spreadsheet from your old service and import it. People who already unsubscribed stay unsubscribed.

Will my emails land in the inbox?

Nobody can promise that, but EMLCNTR does everything inbox providers look for: mail signed by your domain, one-click unsubscribe, a clean list and a slow start for new domains. Sending only to people who asked for your email does the rest.

Can I buy a list and send to it?

No. Only send to people who signed up or are your customers. Bought lists get accounts shut down, and they’re against our terms.

What happens if I stop using EMLCNTR?

Your list is already on your website. Export it as a spreadsheet and take it anywhere.

How is this different from CMPGNMNGR?

EMLCNTR is just email. CMPGNMNGR is the full campaign suite: texting, email, volunteers, events and ads in one hub. EMLCNTR works on its own and joins the CMPGNMNGR hub whenever you’re ready.
